Faculty of Physical Engineering

The Faculty of Physical Engineering carries out two-level preparation in the following areas of Bachelor's and Master's programmes:

• 210100 – Electronics and nanoelectronics (microelectronics and solid state electronics, физическая электроника);
• 223200 – Technical physics (physics of nanotechnologieas and nanoscale structures, electrophysical technologies and processes);
• 230100 – Computer science (automated information processing and management systems and computer-assisted management of business processes and finances);
• 200100 – Instrument engineering (Information and measurement equipment and technologies);
• 140100 – Heat and power engineering;
• 140400 – Electrical power engineering and electrical technology (power supply, electrical drive and automation).
