Working trip of PetrSU delegation to Finland

The PetrSU delegation was especially interested in visiting training and development center POHTO and presentation held by rector of the center Timo Nurmikari. Together with him the PetrSU delegation met with the center director for public relations Satu Turunen director for open courses and programs Sami Laitinen.

The training and development center POHTO specializes in administration of business, technological management, development of organizational structure of entrepreneurship and vocational training.

Overall objective of activity of the POHTO center is support and increase of competitiveness of its clients and development of their personnel potential for achievement of leadership in areas of their activity. POHTO specializes in professional training, development of specialized concepts of development of companies and businessmen. Programs of the center POHTO offer high-quality training in such areas, as management, economy and enterprise productiveness, skills of social interaction and cooperation, industrial safety and protection of labour, personnel administration, etc.

Branches of the training and development center POHTO are located in Oulu, Lappeenranta, Tampere and Vantee; 60 employees provide process of training in close cooperation with industrial enterprises and public organizations.

POHTO actively participates in development of international management both by means of open seminars for all comers, and by means of corporate programs prepared for specific companies and consortia.

The parties have shown mutual interest and expressed intention to conclude contract on cooperation and joint activity.
