PetrSU is the Global Education 2007 International Congress Exhibition Grand Prix holder

On March, 28th in the Crocus Expo international exhibition center there has been summed up work Global Education 2007 international congress exhibition. Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Russian Education Agency, members of innovative projects' contest committee, competition jury have taken part in the official closing ceremony.

Petrozavodsk State University became the Global Education 2007 International Congress Exhibition Grand Prix holder. Besides, PetrSU has received the exhibition winner's diploma for the project Information and Analytical Integrated Institute of Higher Education Management System, diploma for the GIS project Education in the Republic of Karelia, diploma for the project Information and Methodical Support of Scientific Manpower Preparation (Postgraduate Studies), as well as diploma of the exhibition participant.

During the entire exhibition work period within the scope of Innovative Projects' Competition at all stands there worked the contest commission, which pointed out significant growth of expositions' quality. To participate in the competition there applied 114 organizations from 34 regions of Russia; of them Grand Prix holders became 3 institutions (Altay technological school of service, Chelyabinsk economic college, Tula college of mechanical engineering and information technologies) and 2 universities (Bauman Moscow State Technological University and Petrozavodsk State University).
