Regional Centre of International Collaboration in the European North of Russia
The Regional Centre of International Collaboration in the European North of
Russia was founded at Petrozavodsk State University by the order of the Minister
of General and Professional Education of the Russian Federation ¹1399 of 29 May,
1998 with the purpose to develop and coordinate international collaboration of
educational institutions of the Northern Economic region of the Russian
Federation.
