The main tasks of the center are the following:

• carrying out of activities for propagation and introduction of power efficient technologies;
• work in the field of registration and rational use of fuel and energy resources in the region;
• training, consulting and carrying out of power energy audit;
• studying, generalization and distribution of the best practices in the field of energy efficiency;
• carrying out of seminars, exhibitions, conferences on subjects of energy efficiency.

The Energy Efficiency Center carries out:

• power inspections;
• consulting on energy efficiency;
• development of energy efficiency paragraphs for projects of objects to be constructed or reconstructed;
• propagation of energy efficiency among the population;
• information support;
• creation and use of a database on energy-saving equipment;
• teaching power management.
